Our customer Ossian is from the UK. He was the first time to import bath bombs and sent us inquiry for sample in 2020. He was looking for a sample box including customized color and scent of bath bombs and box with customized design artwork. He wanted to open children market and sought lots of toys which is popular for kids to put inside our bath bombs. Very soon he had a innovative idea and added different bracelets in a box. He was thinking 6 pcs bath bombs inside the rigid box.

When I was thinking how to create an unique design artwork for him, I got some spirits from our designer. I shared these ideas to our customer. He was very satisfied and would like to go ahead. But meantime, he had to confirm the price of bulk order first…..

Of course that we did quote the costs for him and we were his list of supplier. A satisfied idea of design artwork and reasonable costs. Finally he decided to start the sample box from us.
